Our Pump Pilates! class offers a combination of cardio workout and Pilates exercises, you will burn calories and build long lean muscle in one amazing workout!
By integrating Pilates moves with dynamic, energy-infused motion, Pump Pilates! gives you the best of both worlds. Using the strengthening, body-reshaping effects that have made Pilates one of today's most popular fitness techniques, you will develop core strength, balance and flexibility. We then intersperse the Pilates exercises with specially coordinated cardio routines to give you a heart-rate boosting cardiovascular workout.

Pump Pilates! is a workout designed for all fitness levels, to inspire individuals to engage in creative, yet effective way that will give them a stronger, leaner and functional body. Class size is limited to ensure that everyone gets the intstructor attention they need. You will be using all our state of the art Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Chair, Cadillac and Barrels.
As with all classes at Fit From the Core, Pump Pilates! is taught by a certified Pilates and fitness instructor, and is a workout for anyone who enjoys the focused mind-body synergy of Pilates coupled with intensifying cardio bursts!
