Custom Classes - Small Group programs DESIGNED by YOU!
At Fit From The Core, we believe that individually supervised training is essential to a successful workout program. To ensure we achieve that in our small group classes, we are introducing our Custom Classes program - tailored classes based upon our clients’ requests. Class size will be kept to the level, which guarantees you the best workout experience
Here’s how it works. Simply gather 5 committed participants and we’ll provide a new class. Alternatively, fill out the form and we will help find other participants looking for the same kind of class.

We want you to enjoy Integrated Functional Fitness™. Our programs include Yoga, Pilates, Step, Dance and more. By offering a wide range of cardiovascular, strengthening and flexibility classes that combine the enjoyment of the group environment with the personal attention of top instructors, you will not only become fit (from the core), but have a great time doing it. We also provide invigorating classes for children and teenagers, based on the same principles.
Bosu
Using the half-domed Bosu Balance Trainer, participants are lead through a series of cardio (similar to step moves) and strength moves as well as yoga and Pilates inspired balance poses. Both sides of the Bosu Balance Trainer are used to offer a unique, fun and multilevel core stability class.
Core Balance
Balancing the core means promoting core awareness by strengthening the core muscles, the abdominals, muscles that run along the back of the spine, and the inner unit muscles lying close to the spine. This class utilizes props such as balance boards, Bosu ball, and foam rollers, to provide the necessary unstable environment for balance poses.
Core Connection™
This class is a unique blend of the Pilates Method, Hatha Yoga, and other cutting edge body/mind practices. Learning to move from the deepest levels of muscular support, the participant will develop functional strength, better posture, and over all flexibility. Integrating breath and awareness with precise flowing movements will release unwanted tension and access new levels of energy. Awaken into the wholeness of yourself.
Core with Resistance
With its foundations in Pilates Mat, this class takes you through similar poses and postures, with the addition of resistance training to build a stronger core.
Pilates & Yoga
These are total body sculpting classes that incorporate basic Pilates and yoga poses with traditional strength training exercises. The result is a stimulating and fun flowing class that promotes total-body strength, balance and flexibility.
Pilates Mat (a.k.a. Fundamentals)
Mind-body class with focus on maintaining core stability, while performing the Pilates-based exercises that strengthen and lengthen the total body. Regular practice of Pilates techniques improves strength, flexibility, and posture. Small apparatus such as the fitness circle, foam roller, and stability ball are incorporated. All fitness and experience levels are welcome.
Pilates Reformer Class
Utilizing mostly the reformer, this class will begin with a warm up and continue on to a complete body workout. The focus is always on the CORE - the deeper abdominal muscles that helps to protect the spine. You will build strength, endurance and flexibility , resulting with longer, leaner muscles.
This is a multi-level class, suitable for clients with knowledge of the Pilates fundamentals and some experience with the Reformer.
This class consists of flowing Vinyasa sequences, Sanskrit chanting, meditation, hands-on alignment adjustments, breathing techniques, and relaxation. Vinyasa is a strong practice that builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and mental focus. Asana practice will focus on practical but proper alignment, using the Sun Salutation format, in which several postures are connected together in a flowing style. This class is great for anyone from beginners through intermediate levels, and is designed to be an interactive forum to ask questions to deepen the participant's connection with their practice.
