At Fit From The Core, we specialize in getting your core fit. We are a custom-built Pilates and Personal Training studio, founded in 2002. Located just off the 101 in Mountain View (here), we train clients from all over the Bay Area including Palo Alto, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Milpitas and Sunnyvale. We offer Pilates Equipment Training, Personal Strength & Fitness Training and small group Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer classes. Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer classes 

Our small group classes give you the opportunity to workout under the direction of one of our certified Pilates instructors. You'll enjoy a balanced blend of endurance, strength and flexibility training, with a particular concentration on strengthening and stabilizing the core (the abdomen, back and pelvic girdle region, sometimes referred to as the "powerhouse"). Our small group classes are a great way to get into Pilates and prep for our more advanced sessions.
